The service

MoveToEuro provides a platform connecting skilled workers, students and businesses with European opportunities — including recruitment, visa and immigration support, training, and relocation services. We facilitate these services; we are not the employer, training provider, or immigration authority.

Your account

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, submit fraudulent documents or information, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

No guarantee of outcome

Visa decisions, job offers and admissions are made by third parties (governments, employers, institutions) and are outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, but we commit to handling your case diligently and transparently.

Fees

Where services carry a fee, the applicable charges are disclosed before you commit. Government and third-party fees are separate from our service fees.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MoveToEuro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the platform.
